Walk on the wild side for Inverurie floral group
It's a Jungle Out There was the theme for the recent meeting of Inverurie and District Flower Arrangement Society.
Louise Littlejohn was the guest demonstrator for the session in West Church Hall.
One large and colourful arrangement had a clever wild look, while for another she took her inspiration from Rudyard Kipling's Jungle Book.
Always a lover of flowers, Louise from Dunfermline learned the demonstration art when she was asked to do the flowers for a family wedding.
The vote of thanks was given by society president Hilda Mowat.
The society's next meeting is on Thursday, May 12, when the guest floral artist will be Pamela Galloway from Limekilns.
