Voting public not being listened to

By SPP Reporter

Sir, – Do you wish to know why so many people refused to vote?

When were the views of the public ever considered when plans were passed?

Did the public get the Fochabers bypass they wanted? No!

Did they get the flood alleviation scheme they wanted? No!

Did they want a pedestrianised Batchen Street in Elgin? No!

Do they want the new bypass, as it stands, for Elgin? No!

Will the council or UK Government listen to the views of the public?

No need to go on. – Yours etc,

A. Dunbar

27 Mossmill Park,

Mosstodloch.
