KEITH goalkeeper Craig Reid was the talk of the Highland League on Wednesday night after netting a last-minute bicycle kick against rivals Huntly.

Up for a corner in the 92nd minute with Keith trailing 1-0 at Christie Park, Reid bagged against his former side to extend the Maroons' unbeaten run to eight matches.

Robbie Foster had put the Black and Golds ahead just four minutes prior in what was a tight affair.

Buckie Thistle got their title fight back on track as winger Lyall Keir scored a goal in either half to see off the challenge of Formartine United at Victoria Park.

After the 2-0 win, the Jags are now seven points behind league leaders Brechin City with two games in hand – but the title remains in their hands as the two sides play each other next Wednesday.

Forres Mechanics were beaten 2-1 by Fraserburgh, who moved up to second in the league thanks to substitute Logan Watt's stoppage time winner.

The Broch broke the deadlock at Mosset Park through Scott Barbour in the 65th minute after a hard-fought game, but Forres levelled eight minutes from time through Craig Mackenzie's penalty.

Just when it seemed Forres were heading for a good point, Watt stepped forward to knock in from close range to take all three points back to Fraserburgh.

Wednesday's final game saw a goal from Martin Maclean give Brora Rangers a 1-0 success over Clachnacuddin.
