It was a very even start to the game with both sides having chances to take the lead, however it took until the 33rd minute for some of Ellon’s pressure to pay off when we were awarded a penalty.

The spot kick taken by Callum Tremaine was saved initially but Callum go to the rebound first to head Ellon into a 1-0 lead.

Ellon continued to press on and on the stroke of half time it was Callum once again whose name would end up on the score sheet when he lobbed the keeper to give Ellon a 2-0 half time lead.

The second half started much the same way with Ellon creating the better chance and on the hour mark Callum claimed his hat-trick latching on to a beautiful through ball and slot the ball past the keeper.

Ellon never looked back and went to see out the remainder of the match comfortably
