Next Tuesday at 7pm at the football park in Portgordon teams drawn from Buckie Ladies and Buckie Utd will come together to honour Dave 'Parro' Findlay.

This Friday will mark the fourth anniversary of Findlay's passing at the age of just 53.

Buckie Ladies manager Mel Smith said: "It's going to be an emotional evening for everyone, it doesn't get any easier.

"However, we hope to have some fun, too, while remembering 'Parro'.

"We've got members of the current Buckie Ladies squad who trained with 'Parro' when he ran the girls teams.

"I think he would be very proud of Buckie Ladies if he could see the development side we have for young players and how we've come on since those early days."

Buckie Ladies enjoyed their best season ever in their short history, finishing a creditable fourth in the Highlands and Islands League.

All are welcome to come along to the game.
