Formartine United remain third after their match against Inverurie Locos was abandoned at half time due to floodlight failure at North Lodge Park with the score 1-1.
Buckie are up to fourth after they thrashed Forres 8-1 at Mosset Park.
Max Barry put Buckie ahead after 22 minutes but Shaun Morrison levelled nine minutes before the break.
However, a Darryl McHardy double and Josh Peters strike gave Buckie a 4-1 lead at half time.
