Engineering firm's training top boost for Buckie Girls FC welcomed

THERE was a boost in store for a Buckie girls football team thanks to a Mosstodloch-based engineering firm.

Buckie Girls FC under-14 side will be training in style thanks to the gift of training jackets thanks to Taylor Engineering. On hand to present the jackets to team captain Courtney Grant was the firm's boss, Ronnie Taylor.

The girls have moved up a league and this season are playing in the Under-14 Highland Rachel McLauchlan League.

Last year saw them compete in the Under-13 North Kim Little League where they finished a very respectable fourth out of 14 teams.
