Buckie Thistle and Formartine United have discovered their opponents in next season's SPFL Trust Trophy.
Also known as the Scottish Challenge Cup, the competition includes two Welsh and two Northern Irish teams and was won by Hamilton Academical last season.
Four Highland League clubs including Buckie, Formartine and League 2 Elgin knew they would be drawn against a Premiership B team in the first round.
Elgin, who reached the last 16 of the tourney last season, will play host to St Johnstone's colts while Buckie travel to take on a young Dundee B team.
Highland League champions Brechin City host Hearts B, Brora Rangers are at home to Aberdeen B and Formartine are away to Hibs colts.
Formartine could play Brechin in round two if both teams defeat their Edinburgh opponents.
If Elgin beat the young Saints they would be on home soil again against fellow League 2 side Forfar Athletic.
A Buckie win at Dundee would earn Graeme Stewart's men a home clash with East Fife in round two.
The New Saints and Bala Town from the JD Cymru Premier League, and Cliftonville and Coleraine from the Sports Direct Premiership come into the tournament in the third round.
