Elgin City's Borough Briggs match against League 2 leaders Dumbarton on Saturday will be attended by a footballing legend.
Graeme Souness will be in the crowd for the match ahead of his appearance at an evening dinner at the club.
Tickets are still available for the event, which includes VIP experines with a meet-and-greet opportunity for fans to rub shoulders with the former Scotland star.
Souness starred in midfield for Liverpool's massively successful team of the late 70s and 80s, winning three European Cups during that time.
He played in three World Cups for Scotland, had a spell in Italy's Serie A with Sampdoria and joined Rangers as player-manager where he ended a barren Premier League spell for the Ibrox club by leading them to three title successes and a string of trophies.
Souness returned to Liverpool as boss, winning the FA Cup in 1992 and also managing several English and overseas clubs before taking on media punditry work which he still does today.
Organiser Andy Pollock revealed that selected good causes will benefit from Souness' night in Moray.
"The event is fast approaching and we are just going through certain things to ensure a great night," he said.
"All profits from the night will go to local charities which we will decide once the event is over.
"Graeme is going to be attending the Elgin v Dumbarton game as part of our weekend event. Hopefully this will help increase gate money which will help the club."
