Buckie Thistle keep the pressure on at top of Breedon Highland League

IT'S a case of 'as you were' in the Breedon Highland League after the top four teams all won on Saturday (March 5).

Victories for Fraserburgh, Buckie Thistle, Brora Rangers and Brechin City keep it tight at the top.

Fraserburgh have a one point advantage after they left Kynoch Park with all three points after a 5-0 win over hosts Keith.

Buckie Thistle remain in touching distance after the same number of games after they overcame Huntly 3-0 at Victoria Park. Kevin Fraser and Sam Urquhart put the Jags 2-0 up at half-time, before Sam Morrison added a third after the break

Brora Rangers remain three points off top spot, but having played a game more, as they ran out convincing 6-0 winners at home to Clach.

And Brechin City, still harbouring hopes of an immediate return to the SPFL, won 5-1 at home to Wick Academy.
