Young readers get in on the action in Inverurie

Some of the youngest readers in Inverurie paid a visit to the Christian Aid book sale which is taking place in the West Church hall off West High Street in the town this week.

Mums and carers who had been at Tuesday's Mainly Music meeting for children under the age of five in West Church sanctuary came along to introduce their youngsters to books.

Thanks to the Christian Aid team there was an interesting section devoted to young readers.

The popular fundraiser offers a wealth of pre-loved items for readers of all tastes and runs runs until Saturday, May 21 from 10am to 4pm daily.
