Gartly's Tin Hut set for "unforgettable" ghoulish murder mystery this Halloween

A FULL evening of frightful fun is taking place at Gartly Community Hall next weekend.
The Halloween Whodunnit event, at the Tin Hut, will see young and old come together in the October gloom to solve a head-scratching mystery.
Sleuths will get have the chance to get their their teeth into the case on Saturday, October 28, from 7:30pm to 9pm.
Those attending the "affordable and unforgettable night out" have also been encouraged to don their best spooky costumes, with prizes for the best adult and child efforts.
Stovies, as well as a vegetarian option, will also be on offer.
The BYOB event will close with a 9pm to midnight gig by guitarist and singer Julian Henderson.
A spokesperson for the Gartly Community Association, who run the Tin Hut and are hosting the event, said the Halloween Whodunnit would be "the perfect way to celebrate and evening you won't soon forget".
"The Tin Hut has been completely transformed into the eerie backdrop for a Halloween Whodunnit murder mystery," the spokesperson said.
"The story unfolds at a mysterious Halloween party, and it's your mission to become the detective, crack the case, and unveil the truth.
"While costumes are entirely optional, we wholeheartedly encourage you to unleash your inner ghoul, ghost, witch, or wizard!
"It's the perfect way to celebrate an evening you won't soon forget.
"Our Halloween event is designed with families in mind, ensuring that it's a memorable night for every age group."
Tickets are priced at £10 each, with under-12s tickets costing £5.
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
