Turkish barber 'devastated' after vandals trash Banff shop

A RAMPAGE of vandalism has left a Banff Turkish barber distraught.

Efes Turkish Barber on Strait Path was targeted on Wednesday night.

Owner Aytekin Sarioglu was alerted some time after 11pm.

The front window was smashed and the vandals entered the premises and caused extensive damage.

Mr Sarioglu said: "I'm devastated and disgusted that someone could do this."

He only opened the shop two weeks ago after returning to the town following a spell working in Buckie.
