Ellon based Watson Alarms has moved from their home for the past five years at Balmacassie Commercial Park in the outskirts of Ellon to a new home at 17 Union Street which brings them right back into the Town Centre.

A spokesperson for the firm said: "This new location will be more convenient for any of our customers, old or new, to meet us `face to face` to discuss any queries relating to a brand new or existing system or potential upgrade or even to pay an invoice.

"Our doors are always open, and we would be delighted to see some of our customers and allow a face to be put to the name/voice.

"The new spacious office is on the ground and first floor and is over four times the size of our old office which means we have ample space to spread out and capacity to expand the business further in the coming months/years.

"We plan to develop the internal areas of the building to suit our requirements moving forward and to further develop the service we can provide to our customers.

The purchase of the new building reflects the confidence within the Watson family that after a very challenging few years, due to Covid and Brexit that they have a solid foundation and a core team of employees which can take the business forward for the years to come.
