Top price of £39,000 achieved at Thainstone collective sale

Thainstone Specialist Auctions held their most recent sale of plant equipment, machinery, and commercial vehicles at the Thainstone Centre.

Mark Barrack, head of Thainstone Specialist Auctions, said: “We are delighted to have hosted another Thainstone Online Collective sale, the monthly auctions remain popular with over 2000 lots featuring at the recent sale.

"We continue to see high demand from buyers and strong prices were achieved across all categories, including a 2017 New Holland T6-180 Tractor cw Front loader which sold for £39,000 in the tractors, telehandlers and plant equipment section.

"A 2015 Mercedes Benz Econic 2630 6x2 Refuse Lorry sold for £38,000 from the lorries category.

"From the small plant and ground care section, a Terex HR20 Mini Excavator reached £6600 and a Stewart 24’ Tri Axle Bale Trailer achieved £8200 within the implements and machinery section. "The light commercials and 4x4’s section saw a 2013 Ford Transit Custom 290 Transit Van achieve £10,000 and finally the trailers and containers category saw a IFOR Williams HBX506 Twin Axle Horse Box sell for £5300."
