KEITH'S 90-year-old cycling star Nancy Jamieson is back on her bike again.

Nancy has remounted to complete her annual challenge to cycle 100 miles during October.

Last year the great-grandmother drummed up £2650 for Breast Cancer Now over the course of four weeks.

Meanwhile, her daughter-in-law Anne Jamieson was able to pass on £1463 to Marie Curie Cancer Care by cycling 200 miles during the same period.

Nancy, who will celebrate her 91st birthday during the course of the cycling challenge, is a long-time supporter of cancer charities.

She first began backing them by bike in 2006 and has since raised many thousands of pounds.

Family members regularly drive her and her trusty bicycle from Keith to Lossiemouth. She then rides along the cycle path to Elgin and back again.

Anyone wishing to sponsor Nancy can find forms at Clark’s Pharmacy, Porterfield Newsagents, Keith Hardware Store and Keith Golf Club.
