Live music in Grampian: Sold on Soul are back at Elgin Town Hall

Highly popular local band Sold on Soul will be back performing live again next month.

The 13-piece group, led by Colin Henderson, are going to be at Elgin Town Hall on Saturday, September 23.

Once more they will diving into their repertoire of all-time classics from the likes of Sam and Dave, Edwin Star, James Brown and Marvin Gaye.

Bill Hope said: "The band is very keen to break the ice – and Colin is absolutely champing at the bit."

Doors will open at 7pm, with the band coming on stage at 8.30pm.

Tickets, priced £15, are on sale now from the town hall's website or from Sound and Vision on Elgin's South Street. Ring 01343 543778.

The evening, which is over-18s only, will be in aid of the Moray branch of Unicef.

Covid restrictions will apply, which will mean reduced numbers at the venue.
