THREE Moray schools are opening late as a result of the cold weather, with Cullen Primary School affected by two burst water pipes.

Millbank Primary School and Keith Primary School were both subject to delays in opening, as a result of the adverse conditions.

Cullen Primary School is currently experiencing a water outage as a result of two burst pipes in the area and will open dependant on water status.

According to Moray Council, Scottish water is unable to provide a timeframe but works are commencing in Cullen on the two water mains.
