A96 south of Huntly reopens following nine-vehicle collision

TRAFFIC Scotland have confirmed that a section of the A96 just south of Huntly has reopened.

The road was closed this morning just after 7am following a nine-vehicle collision on the road.

Three appliances were mobilised and police set up a diversion.

Four casualties received a precautionary check-up at the scene but the road was reopened at just after 12pm this afternoon.
