Santa's festive tractor tour of Turriff
Santa's aeroplane made a special visit to Turriff on Saturday when prior to Christmas Santa and his helpers (aka Sandra and Duncan Wood) headed off from his special landing point at Erroll Place in the town.
Assisted by decorated tractors with support from Turriff and District Vintage and Classic Club, thanks to Morayvia Museum, Kinloss and the generosity of locals they were able to help raise funds for Maggies Aberdeen.
Each year the Wood family in Errol Place welcome Santa to the town and this year the Christmas lights are on everyday from 4pm till 8pm until January 4.
And the tractors will be back in action on Wednesday (weather permitting) for the TDVCC post Christmas Road Run on which starts at Burnside Grain Store at 6.30pm after competition judging at 6pm.
The route will take in Cuminestown, Garmond, New Byth and Turriff in a 20mile loop.
