Robertson's Construction pleased to sponsor Volunteer Award at Moray and Banffshire Heroes

MORAY and Banffshire Heroes is a way of saying a big ‘thank-you’ to the real-life heroes across the area, whether it’s those who go above and beyond the call of duty for their job or those who choose to spend their precious time and efforts to support others.
There will be a total of 13 categories, and one of these is the Volunteer Award, which is being sponsored by Robertson's Construction.
Below, Robertson's explain the reasons behind their decision to sponsor the award.
The Volunteer Award will go to an individual who goes above and beyond to help others.
The individual will be someone who has devoted their time to helping others, off their own back, and will receive much-deserved thanks for doing so at the awards night.
Frank Reid, managing director of Robertson Northern, said: “Robertson Northern are very pleased to sponsor the Moray and Banffshire Hero Awards Volunteer of the Year category again in 2023.
“The work done by our volunteers is truly inspiring and worthy of recognition.”
The Moray and Banffshire Heroes Awards will take place on Thursday, April 20, and will be sponsored by Inverness Airport.
The awards feature a total of 13 categories where you can nominate individuals or groups in your community.
New for 2023 is the Green Hero Award, which will be presented to an individual who is helping to create a cleaner, greener future.
In addition to the 12 main categories, there is a Hero of Heroes Award, which will be presented to the overall winner.
