Roadworks will see 10 days of closure of main route into Inverurie

Carriageway repairs by Aberdeenshire Council are set to see the main route to the retail park from the Oldmeldrum side under a rolling road closure for 10 days.

The B9170 Inverurie to Oldmeldrum Road from Souterford Bridge to the junction with Osprey Heights will see work carried out in phases.

Commencing Monday, December 4 for 10 days (excluding weekends).

Diversions are via The North Link Road to B9001, B9001 to North Street, Inverurie, NorthStreet to West High Street, West High Street to Market Place, Market Place to Old Meldrum Road and vice versa.

Access will be provided for emergency vehicles and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.
