Police appeal for help to trace John Howatt (16) last seen around Banff

POLICE are appealing for the public's help to trace 16-year-old John Howatt who has been reported missing.

John Howatt was last seen in the Banff area at around 9am on July 21.
John Howatt was last seen in the Banff area at around 9am on July 21.

John was last seen at around 9am on July 21 in the Banff area.

He is described as 6'2" tall, medium build with brown hair and was wearing a black waterproof jacket, black jogger bottoms and white trainers when he was last seen.

He is also known to frequent the Aberdeen area and may use public transport to get around.

Anyone with any information is being urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident number 4176/21st July.
