Banff's Town and County Club will hold an open day to give the public an opportunity to see what facilities it has to offer.
It is one of the oldest clubs of its kind in Scotland and has a history dating back to 1881.
Based at 11 Boyndie Street, it will open its doors to the public on Saturday, March 30, from 1.30pm-3.30pm.
This will give people a chance to explore the grounds and experience the facilities on offer.
One of the highlights of the club is the building itself, which features a private dining room; a reading room and members library; a lounge and bar area; snooker rooms and an outdoor bowling green.
Originally a merchant's house and then an all-girls school; it is now a club where members and their guests can relax in a welcoming atmosphere.
It was formed originally for members of the business community but latterly it has been transformed into a place for people from all walks of life.
President Brenda Mathers said: “The Town and County Club is a unique club servicing the town and county of Banffshire.
"I am surprised at how many people do not know of the club’s existence or indeed have never even entered the premises.
"The open day on Saturday, March 30, is an ideal opportunity for the public to come along, see this outstanding facility and what it has to offer.
"The Town and County Club has moved with the times and whilst initially a club for businessmen, the last three presidents have all been women.
"I am proud and honoured to be the club’s current president and look forward to welcoming everyone along to the open day.”
