North east firm Bold St Media have taken on three new staff to fuel their marketing and PR efforts.

Seeing a considerable rise in demand, the company has taken on their first technical director, as well as two PR account managers.

Founder and managing director Eilidh McCluskie said: “I launched the business 6 years ago this summer, with the intention of applying my PR experience in a way that would be true to my core values.

"I wanted to cultivate a business that puts people at the core of everything we do – both team members and clients.

"As we approach our 6th birthday this summer, I’m very proud of Bold St’s success, but equally proud that we have achieved it in our own unique way."

New technical director Mark McCluskie has a background in broadcasting and engineering research and development.

Heading up new video offerings for the Oldmeldrum firm, Mark is also set to search for further new service lines into the business over the course of the year.

New Account Managers Georgina and Louise will handle PR and Marketing duties for the firm's existing and future clients.

Bold St Media works with business-to-business and business-to-consumer clients, from start-ups to established SMEs, across a spectrum of different sectors locally and nationally.

In the last 6 months, they have attracted new clients in sports and healthcare, the third sector, professional services (HR), and a national business-to-consumer wellness brand.

Ms McCluskie said that many of firm’s existing clients have been with them for an average of 4 years, despite the challenging times during the pandemic.

She said: “Each and every member of our team is passionate about using their skillsets to help our clients communicate meaningfully with their target audiences, and so realise their business objectives.

"I think that’s reflected in the length of time some of our clients have been with us – we build long-lasting relationships with them, getting to know their business and their market, and supporting them through every stage, from start-up to growth and even sale in some cases."

Bold St Media offers an integrated PR, Communications and Marketing service to B2B and B2C clients across a diverse range of industry sectors, from energy to finance, and environmental technology to health and wellbeing.

The team works closely with clients, as an extension of their own team, to design and implement targeted strategies which resonate with their key audiences.
