Office bearers elected at Huntly Probus Club's AGM

NEW office bearers were elected at Huntly Probus Club's AGM.

The club, which also agreed that it will continue meeting at Huntly Golf Club, elected Lindsay Taylor to the position of chairperson.

She will take over the role from outgoing chairperson, Derek Alexander.

Vice chairperson is Ian Rennie, treasurer remains Jacqueline Smith, secretary will continue to be Colin Mumford, auditor is Ewen Mearns and Michael and Walter Whyte are on the committee.

The golf club will host meetings every second Tuesday until at least May, when it will be decided if a day or venue change is needed.

The next Probus Club meeting will welcome Gordon Casely, who will give a talk on St Columba’s Sacred Isle. The meeting will begin at 10am in the Huntly Golf Club.
