He joins from BaxterStorey, where he most recently transformed the food and beverage offering at Aberdeen Football Club, through his dual role of executive chef and general manager, curating and delivering innovative menus coupled with exceptional service.

Rob Wicks, managing director at P&J Live, said: “We are delighted to welcome Graham on board given the ambitious plans in place for our venue’s food and beverage offering, which will see us implement everything from fresh, seasonal fine dining across every aspect of the culinary spectrum, alongside a delicious new kiosk menu which provides a wealth of choice for visitors.

"Having worked with him previously, and with his range of experience and ability to support and mentor culinary staff, I am confident Graham has the talent and drive to lead the team here in Aberdeen.”

Mr Mutch said: “P&J Live has an industry leading and exciting vision to fulfil in the coming years. Through careful research, the team has a great understanding of their customer base and have created fantastic culinary offerings that will enhance the overall venue experience.

"To be a part of implementing this, and to collaborate with other talented, like-minded individuals within the ASM Global portfolio of venues is a genuinely exciting prospect.”

Opening in 2019, P&J Live boasts 48,000 square metres of multi-purpose event space, conference facilities and exhibition halls, an arena, hospitality boxes and a restaurant.

It has been recognised as Venue of the Year at the AEO Excellence Awards 2022, Best Conference Venue at the Conference and Events Awards 2022 and Most Versatile Venue at the Conference and Events Awards 2023, among other accolades.
