North-east firm invests in senior team for region with new appointment

Aberdeen-based Ducatus Partners, the international executive search and leadership advisory firm, has announced the appointment of Mark Ingram as senior partner for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) to lead growth in the region.

The appointment follows a record year of growth for the business in 2022.

The company is on track for 20 per cent growth by the end of 2023, largely driven by an expanded client base across both energy and industrial sectors, from private equity backed start-ups to larger global corporations.

Due to its accelerated expansion, Ducatus Partners has invested in its EMEA senior team.

Mr Ingram, who brings three decades of experience in sourcing executive board, operational and general management positions for the energy and industrial sectors, will be instrumental in developing customised talent acquisition strategies for clients.

Based in Aberdeen, he will oversee offices in the UK and the Middle East. Mr Ingram’s extensive network and sector knowledge will bolster Ducatus Partners’ continued excellence in vetting top-tier industry talent across the EMEA region.
