Two of those 20 deaths have occurred in care homes, six at home and 12 in hospitals.

More than three quarters (77 per cent) of all deaths involving coronavirus to date were of people aged 75 or older.

In total, 238,076 people in Scotland have been tested through NHS labs and regional testing centres, with 219,885 negative tests and 18,191 positive. A total of 4012 have been discharged from hospital after testing positive.
