TB breakdowns bring a lot of stress and anxiety for those dealing with the impacts on their herd, but also for other cattle keepers reminding them that it could happen to them.

With this in mind NFU Scotland invites members, vets and other professionals to join together for a webinar on Thursday, March 23 at 7pm to hear the details of the current veterinary situation for TB in Scotland and what the tests and surveillance results mean for Scotland.

The webinar will put the science into context, explaining what it means for farmers and how we move forward to ensure Scotland’s Officially TB Free status is maintained.

Mick Park, Veterinary Lead APHA (Animal and Plant Health Agency), will outline the current veterinary situation for TB in Scotland and what the tests and surveillance results mean for Scotland.

Alasdair McNab, NFU Scotland Vice-President and ex private and department veterinarian, will provide the context of what this means for farmers and how we move forward to ensure Scotland’s Officially TB Free status is maintained.
