Next round of Aberdeenshire bus forums set to take place

THE next round of area bus forums are due to take place shortly.

The forums are public meetings held in each area of Aberdeenshire, attended by the council’s Passenger Transport Unit, local councillors and local bus operators.

Anyone can attend and it gives an opportunity to discuss any changes, issues or requests regarding local bus services (council supported or commercial).

• The Formartine Area Bus Forum will be held at 7.30pm on Thu, Sep 29, in the Meldrum Academy staff room.

• The Banff and Buchan Area Bus Forum will be held at 7.30pm on Tue, Oct 4, in the Buchan Hall, Macduff.

• The Kincardine & Mearns Area Bus Forum will be held at 7.30pm on Wed, Oct 5, in the council chambers at Viewmount, Stonehaven.
