New appointment strengthens law firm's north-east team

A law firm has appointed an industry stalwart as it continues to accelerate its growth in the north-east.
Gilson Gray has made Richard Shepherd a partner in its real estate team who will bring more than 30 years of experience and a wealth of industry and local knowledge.
Based in Aberdeen, Mr Shepherd will support Gilson Gray’s established team with his strong network and connections as well as his deep insight into the local commercial property market.
He joins the firm from James and George Collie, where he has been the managing partner since 2014. Having studied law at Aberdeen University and spent his entire career in the area, the company said his local knowledge will play a pivotal role as Gilson Gray realises its growth ambitions in Aberdeen and the surrounding area.

Mr Shepherd is joining the Aberdeen team which has grown significantly in the last year to support a strong and growing client base in the region, with the firm providing its award-winning services to a range of companies.
