The nation’s papers are led by Philip being moved to a new hospital for treatment on an infection and a pre-existing heart condition.

The Metro reports the Duke of Edinburgh is expected to remain in care at St Bartholomew’s Hospital in the City of London until the end of the week, after spending the previous 13 nights at the King Edward VII’s Hospital in Marylebone.

Meanwhile, the Daily Mirror says the move has sparked a “shift” in the royal mood.

Elsewhere, The Daily Telegraph, i and Daily Express lead with Health Secretary Matt Hancock’s comments that the number of over-80s being admitted to ICU every day has fallen to single digits.

The Guardian reports Mr Hancock has used the new data to urge the European Union to move ahead with its roll out of the Oxford/Astrazeneca vaccine for people aged over 65.

Staying on the continent, The Times reports European leaders have pledged a vaccine passport scheme will be open to British travellers for summer.

Covid variants will continue to evolve around the world and “become more suited to humans”, according to The Independent.

The Financial Times reports Rishi Sunak’s Budget will aim to “launch a post-Brexit fightback” by London with a new stock market listings regime.

The Daily Mail leads with claims Prime Minister Boris Johnson is trying to set up a charity to help pay for a makeover of his flat.

And the Daily Star says Cristiano Ronaldo avoids household chores out of a fear of being injured.
