PEOPLE in Moray are being urged to live it up, as part of a project aimed at empowering people to improve their health and well-being.

The ‘Living it Up’ project is looking for people to help design new ways for people in Moray to access health, care and wellness services using familiar technology such as a TV, mobile phone, tablet or computer.

Anyone wanting to take part in the initiative, which is supported by NHS Grampian and the Moray Community Health and Social Care Partnership, is asked to head along to one of two roadshows on Tuesday (February 12).

The first will be held in Forres Community Centre, on High Street, from 10am to 12 noon. The second will be staged in Elgin Library from 2pm to 4pm.
