Sailings between Scrabster and Stromness have been cancelled.
Sailings between Scrabster and Stromness have been cancelled.

NORTHLINK have announced that it has cancelled its 4.45pm service from Stromness to Scrabster and the 7pm sailing from Scrabster to Stromness due to adverse weather conditions.

Winds of up to 60mph are expected to batter the Pentland Firth later today making sea conditions too dangerous for the MV Hamnavoe to cross.
