Moray Council offers residents cut-price access to LES MILLS On Demand online fitness workouts





MORAY Council is offering the region's residents discounted access to online workouts from one of the world’s best-known fitness outfits.

Anyone living in Moray, regardless of whether they already use local leisure facilities, can sign up through the council to LES MILLS On Demand to take advantage of cheaper membership.

Regular membership costs £11.95 per month. However, by signing up through the council the cost is £7.94 per month. Cancellation is free at any point.

Those who sign up before the end of January will also get a 60-day free trial, providing they have not previously been a member of LES MILLS On Demand.

Workouts are available to stream through a TV, laptop, mobile or tablet, and can be downloaded on iOS and Android.

Benefits from its global fitness community include three to 12-week workout plans, and world-class instructors to help users reach their fitness goals.

The council’s sport and leisure manager, Ken Brown, said the discount was a fantastic addition to Moray’s leisure offering.

He said: "There’s a huge demand for online workouts which are available anytime, anywhere, and it’ll be of particular benefit while our leisure facilities remain closed.

"Our discounted membership offers unbeatable value for money, with unlimited access to workouts for less than 30p per day.

"Get the kids involved in a family-friendly session, enjoy a high-intensity workout or stretch and improve your flexibility through yoga.

"Many of the workouts require no equipment, so you can get started right away."

The fitness provider offers more than 1000 online workouts for all ages and abilities. These include 13 of its renowned exercise programmes, including BODYPUMP and BODYCOMBAT, HIIT, yoga and dance.
