Our youngest school pupils do some amazing things!

Not only do they adjust to a whole new world of school life, some support their less confident classmates, fundraise and volunteer for important causes or excel in their schoolwork, sports or other activities.

Moray & Banffshire Heroes 2024 celebrates our youngest students with the primary school pupil of the year award.

The primary school pupil of the year will be a student who has achieved something beyond expectations in education, sport or helping others at school, or proved themselves to be an ambassador for the school.

“We are always impressed and inspired by the nominations for primary pupil of the year. These youngsters do amazing things ‒ volunteering, fundraising, supporting their schoolmates, raising awareness about issues that affect young people ‒ as well as all their schoolwork!

“We’re delighted to sponsor the award and support Moray & Banffshire Heroes again. We encourage everyone to nominate their star primary pupils and give them the recognition they deserve.”
