Fundraisers make such a valuable contribution to our communities, donating their time and energy to local charities and organisations that need support now more than ever.

The award for fundraiser of the year will be presented to an individual who devotes their time and effort to raise funds for local charities or causes.

NOMINATE at www.hnmedia.co.uk/morayheroes by Friday, February 10.

The fundraiser of the year is sponsored by Northern Asbestos Services.

Managing director, Sean Donnelly, said: “I’m happy to be supporting the Moray Hero awards, rewarding the people that deserve recognition for their various achievements here in Moray and Banffshire.

“I have a lot of admiration for fundraisers and decided this would be a great way to show support and appreciation to the fundraisers in our local community, show gratitude for the hard work that they do raising money for various charities who have been suffering following the recent pandemic. I look forward to congratulating the winner of the fundraiser award at the awards evening where the great people of Moray and Banffshire are recognised.

“This is your chance to have a say and give the local heroes the recognition they deserve.”
