We are calling on you to nominate your Moray and Banffshire Heroes primary school teacher of the year.
The primary school teacher of the year will be an individual who has made a significant difference, beyond the normal expectations, to the learning experience of their pupils.

“Primary school teachers play such an important part in the lives of our children from a very early age when youngsters are just beginning to develop their own personalities and social skills as well as their education.
“We encourage everybody to get behind the campaign and nominate all of the hard-working and dedicated primary school teachers in their community who give so much to our children and their families.”

Once all of your nominations are in, our judging panel will whittle down your entries to create a shortlist which will be published in a special supplement where you can vote for your Moray and Banffshire Heroes of 2023.
In addition to the 12 main categories, there is also a very special award. Our judges will choose the hero of heroes from all of the winners and they will be revealed on awards night on Thursday, April 20, 2023.
