There is a brand new Moray and Banffshire Heroes award this year celebrating our community green heroes!
The green hero award will be given to an individual who is helping to create a cleaner, greener future.

Springfield is sponsoring Moray and Banffshire Heroes inaugural award.

“That’s why we’re excited to support the green hero award at the Moray and Banffshire Heroes awards.
“These awards are an excellent way to celebrate people and give them the recognition they deserve.”

Each week, your favourite Highland News & Media websites and newspapers will feature each category with details about how to nominate your heroes.
Once all of your nominations are in, our judging panel will whittle down your entries to create a shortlist which will be published in a special supplement where you can vote for your Moray and Banffshire Heroes of 2023.
In addition to the 12 main categories, there is also a very special award. Our judges will choose the hero of heroes from all of the winners and they will be revealed on awards night on Thursday, April 20, 2023.
