Mintlaw's young people offered safe space in MACBI

MACBI Community Hub will be opening their youth area next month.

The Mintlaw amenity will host two open evenings on March 2 and 4 between 6.30pm and 9.30pm for young people to either come along on their own or with their parents to see what is on offer.

The youth area will then be open free of charge for anyone aged 12-18 years on Wednesday and Friday evenings from March 9.

The space offers a safe, warm environment for local young people and boasts wifi, computer games, sporting activities and a pool table.
