Both companies have been looking for an opportunity to grow their businesses, and build on the offer of a complete training and competency service for their clients and this new arrangement is key to achieving this.

AquaTerra Training (Kintore), a leading provider of practical health & safety training took the decision to invest in Polaris Learning as part of AquaTerra Training's ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional training services to its clients.

By joining forces AquaTerra aims to broaden its range of training offerings and provide an even higher level of expertise and resources to its customers.

Polaris Learning (Oldmeldrum) brings a wealth of experience and a stellar reputation in delivering competency-based training programs, Modern Apprenticeships, people development solutions, and online competency and training technologies across various sectors including energy, food and drink, manufacturing and engineering, third sector and public sector.

The strategic partnership aligns closely with AquaTerra Training’s mission of empowering individuals and organisations through exceptional training solutions.

By expanding their joint resources and capabilities, Polaris Learning and AquaTerra Training who count The Macallan Distillery, NHS Grampian, Volvo Construction Equipment, and SSE in their client portfolios can continue to address the evolving needs of their clients in an ever-changing and demanding business environment.

“This strategic investment marks a significant milestone for AquaTerra Training," said Charlie Cameron, Managing Director of AquaTerra Training.

"We are excited to join forces with Polaris Learning and combine our strengths to create a powerhouse in the training and competency industry. "Together, we will be able to offer a wider range of training and competency programs, supporting online technologies, deliver enhanced learning experiences, and drive real-world results for our clients."

Reflecting on the move Keith Adam, Managing Director of Polaris Learning Ltd explained: “We have been working alongside Aquaterra Training for a number of years, running several courses and projects in collaboration.

"This strategic partnership feels like the natural next step for us, allowing us to present ourselves more cohesively into the marketplace and strengthen our operational resources.

"We have felt the need to step up our capacity for some time to maximise opportunities and increase support to our great client base, and this allows us to achieve this quickly.”

Under the new partnership, AquaTerra Training and Polaris Learning will continue to operate under their existing name and brands but pool their respective expertise and resources to develop innovative training solutions that cater to the specific needs of their clients.
