KEITH Primary School has been named as a runner-up in a nationwide crafting competition.

The school came second in YPO and Pritt’s Craft with Nature competition, created to encourage schools to spend more time in learning outdoors.

To enter the competition, schools had to create a piece of artwork by foraging for natural materials and using eco-friendly products.

Keith Primary School's Mandala entry, made from natural materials that students found outdoors, won a pack of 208 Pritt sticks for the school.

"We are so proud to have placed as runners up in the YPO and Pritt Craft with Nature Competition and the Pritt glue sticks will certainly come in handy for future outdoor crafting projects.”
