A platinum jubilee fun day in Cuminestown welcomed crowds of revellers to the James Tennant Playing Fields.

Attractions included various inflatables and a beat the goalie challenge.

For young visitors there was a crown parade and various races which brought much excitement, and there was no hunger in sight with a choice of teas provided by Monquhitter SWI or barbecue.

There was also the opportunity to explore local sports facilities and try your hand at tennis, lawn bowls or even croquet.
