Theatre company Aurora Productions will perform Beauty and the Beast in Stewart’s Hall from May 28 to June 1.

To mark the launch of ticket sales, the company created a video where they transformed Huntly into a modern-day Beauty and the Beast.

The production’s own Belle and Gaston visited well-known town landmarks like the Avenue and Orb’s Bookshop.

The video was filmed around Huntly.

Director Hannah McGinlay said: “We had so much fun making the promotional video, and we can’t wait to take this show to the stage.

“It’s a musical that people will know and love and it offers something for everyone in the family.”

The musical features a cast of local performers including Mallory Black as Belle, her husband Colin Black as Gaston, and Lewis Moggach as the Beast.

Tickets can be purchased online at auroramusic.co.uk/box-office, by calling 01466 780889, or by visiting Orb’s Bookshop.
