Fans of Hard Rock Cafe can now enjoy the baby back ribs from the comfort of their own home with the historic launch of Hard Rock @Home, the iconic brand’s first-ever cook at home fresh food box.

Since Hard Rock Cafe opened its doors in London in 1971 it has been serving the world with crave-worthy delights, from burgers to boozy milkshakes - and now with Hard Rock @Home you can recreate one of their most popular dishes at home.

It’s also the first time in its 50 year history that Hard Rock has delivered to the whole of the UK.

Available for nationwide UK delivery thanks to its partnership with meal kit experts Plateaway, the mouth-watering Hard Rock @Home serves two or four and comes with all the ingredients you need including the smoked ribs, sauce and seasoning, sides and the all-important detailed cooking instructions, so you can get as close as possible to recreating the world-famous Hard Rock Cafe experience - all you need is a great soundtrack and someone to share it with.

The Hard Rock @Home ribs for two box contains:

Hard Rock @Home.
Hard Rock @Home.

Hard Rock’s baby back ribs are prepared, and smoked, in-house for at least four hours using hickory wood chips, they are then ready for you to gently rub them with Hard Rock’s ‘secret’ Love All spice blend, cook, baste with signature BBQ sauce – and enjoy!

European AVP for Hard Rock Cafe International Stefano Pandin said: “This is a historic moment for us, and we have worked hard on every detail of the Hard Rock @Home to help our fans enjoy all the flavours and feel they know and love when they visit us.

“While we are delighted to be re-opening our doors for outdoor dining, we know many customers will not be able or ready to visit us just yet - so the Hard Rock @Home is the next best thing.”

Hard Rock @Home can be ordered from www.plateaway.com/restaurants/hard-rock-cafe/.
