Fintray business gears up for major growth
A FINTRAY rental firm is set for growth.
Hiretech Limited has renewed its strategy and geared up for record global growth throughout 2022.
The company, which provides personnel and equipment primarily to the energy industry, is focussing on the international market, acquiring new equipment and taking on fresh staff to meet its goals.
By the end of the year, Hiretech wants 40 per cent of its turnover to come from abroad and it has already made its mark on Africa, the Caspian Sea, South East Asia and the Middle East.
New strategic partnerships in these regions and even further afield are set to fuel the progress the business desires.
Hiretech is also hoping to use its own staff to accelerate its growth, with the company promoting from within and taking on new graduates and industry professionals.
Existing employee Samantha Mitchell has been promoted to operations supervisor, whilst Lucy Bremner joins the team as office administrator and Darren Elder and Kailee Robinson join as graduate business development executives.
The last piece of the puzzle, Hiretech hopes, is the acquisition of new products and training staff on these tools.
This year the business has began offering nitrogen pumps, with staff being sent on five-day nitrogen pumping courses so they can better help clients.
Andy Buchan, Hiretech CEO, said: “We have committed to a number of strategic developments as we pursue new global business opportunities and further company growth, and fully recognise the importance of product investment and skills training as part of this.
"We have also made a commitment towards ensuring the future pipeline of skills coming through the business, and now have over 30 per cent of our workforce under 30 years of age.
"These young professionals bring vitality, energy and new ideas to challenge the norm, contributing to our efforts as we progress and grow the business in an evolving industry.
"Nurturing and encouraging the next generation of industry experts is vital for the longevity of the energy sector.”
Hiretech was founded in 2010, and it supplies a wide range of tools including pumping equipment, winches and cutting equipment to a wide range of clients.
