The SNP MP and his office reached the total last month, which coincided with four years representing Gordon Constituency in the Westminster Parliament.

Commenting, Richard Thomson MP said: “As an MP, my key responsibility is to stand up for my constituents on all issues whether big or small and ensuring that my office team and I are accessible.

“The range of issues which is raised with me whether by e-mail, by post or in person is huge, and I know that my team and I have managed to achieve some significant successes for those who have got in touch to seek my help.

“I can’t promise to win every battle on behalf of constituents, but my office team and I work hard to get results where we can and to make a difference right across the Gordon Constituency.”
