A spokesman for the Gordon Art Exhibition committee said: "The maximum 2D work width is 42 inches/106cm including mount and frame. 3D work is also welcomed.

"Registration, which is non-refundable, is £10 which entitles people to enter one item of work.

"If a second or third item is entered there will be a charge of an additional £5 for each item.

"Artists can enter a maximum of three items of work in order of preference. Two items will be displayed and if an item is sold it will be replaced with the third item. Handwritten forms will not be accepted.

"Commission of 20 per cent will be charged on all items sold so artists should be sure that their selling price includes this.

"Entries will be handed into the Garioch Heritage Centre on Monday, March 13 from 12-5pm.

"All work must have a label affixed at the back detailing name, address, title of work, medium, price and size, to enable us to match display labels with work. All work for hanging must be ready to hang with a D ring and not a clip.

"We look forward to seeing all the entries."

An IT Clinic will be held at the Garioch Heritage Centre on Thursday, February 2, from 10.30am-12.30pm for anyone having problems completing the form or for those who do not have computer access.
