A coffee morning raising money for the National Eczema Society raised almost £700.

The event, which was held in the recently refurbished Aberchirder Village Hall, raised £692 for the charity which supports those in the UK living with the skin condition.

The event coincided with National Eczema Week, which aims to raise awareness of the struggles experienced by eczema sufferers with both the public and medical professionals.

As well as enjoying their fly cup, visitors could shop for home bakes and try their hand at the raffle.

Organiser Helen Fowlie said: "Thank you to all who supported our fundraiser, your support is very much appreciated.

"We were delighted with the total, and it's great to see the community coming out and socialising again."

The next coffee morning to take place in Aberchirder Village Hall is for Aberchirder Community Association on October 2.
